2. Trip Coordination - Includes all the nitty gritty details like airport transfers, stroller rentals, daily itinerary, and any reservations required for dining, activities and excursions.
3. Travel Prep - I make sure you're prepared with everything you need to travel and make the most of your time and money.

No Agency Fees
My services and expertise are included when I book your accommodations and ticket package or your cruise stateroom. If you've already booked your vacation, contact me for more information.  When you book, I'll compare discounts to secure the best deal for you. I'll also keep an eye out for additional savings and apply them proactively to your booking.

Personalized Planning Assistance
My goal is to create a seamless experience for your whole group. Deciding on the right accommodations, length of your trip, and your schedule is the first step.
Once your accommodations are secured, I put together a comprehensive Planning Guide specific to your trip that includes all your important dates and deadlines, information necessary to prepare for your vacation, and my expert recommendations.

Concierge Guest Services
I'll handle all the logistics, deadlines and details. I manage dining and activity reservations, as well as airport transfers and stroller and scooter rentals, ensuring a hassle-free experience, so you can relax and enjoy every step of your journey.  I offer a consultation call and a pre-trip call, but I'm happy to schedule phone or Zoom meetings at any point during the planning process.
